    Peter Nganjo is a seasoned infrastructure specialist with 30 years’ experience delivering major road and airport projects across Southern Africa. He is an expert in pavement materials and design, construction supervision, and contract management, and has led multi-disciplinary teams as Project Leader and Manager for clients including the Zambia Road Development Agency and South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL).

  • Financial Director

    Eduard van Renssen brings 30+ years in transportation engineering and served as Managing Director of LEO Consulting (2008–2024), providing strategic and technical leadership. An Associate Member of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa), he specializes in highways, traffic, and geometric design, and has led major projects as Team Leader, Works Contract Engineer, and Project Manager. His experience also spans urban infrastructure, including water supply and stormwater systems in Zambia, Ghana, and the DRC.
